For the first three years Sigma Alpha Mu was at WVU their housing situation was changing from year to year.  They moved from Hillel, to Grant St., and The House on Spruce.  Last school year the university offered 709 North High Street to our chapter.  A beautiful new house that used to belong to Sigma Phi Epsilon. 

Please feel free to come up during rush and walk around the new Sammy House.  It has three floors which house our dining room, chapter room, chapter lounge with new 55inch flat screen and Play Station 3, housing for up to 60 brothers (currently we house 20+ brothers with the rest of the rooms fill by Treo, another student organization).  Living in the house comes includes a large bedroom that can be shared with another person, full catered meals 6 days a week, and parking.
